NS Aviation Recruitment is a newly established specialist consultancy, founded by people who have worked within the aviation industry and understand it from the inside. We launched because we saw a gap in the market — too many recruitment agencies treating aviation like any other sector, without the knowledge to match the right people to the right roles.

We are building something different from the ground up: a consultancy defined by genuine sector expertise, honest communication, and a commitment to getting every placement right.
